Refunds & Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase from DinghyMart.

If you buy from us online, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us.

Returned items must be unused, clean, complete and in a resaleable condition, with original labels, tags, instructions and packaging where reasonably possible. Buoyancy aids may be tried on for size but must not be used on the water.

Unless the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, you are responsible for the cost of returning it.

Once we receive the returned goods, we will refund you within 14 days using your original payment method. We will refund the item price and our standard delivery charge, if paid. Extra delivery upgrades are not refundable beyond the standard delivery cost.

If an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible. We will deal with the issue in line with your UK statutory rights, which may include a refund, replacement or repair.
