Add DinghyMart.co.uk Classified Listings for your specific class to your UK Class Association page – FREE and EASY. If your Class Association page is hosted on the WordPress platform – you can use this service.
Class Listings Shared between the TWO websites
When a seller lists a CLASS XYZ boat on DinghyMart – that listing is autoposted to the syndicated page on CLASS ASSOCIATION XYZ’s page. In this manner – your CLASS XYZ inventory of second hand boats grows each and every time a new listing is made on DinghyMart.

Live Example on Haskins Websites
Example : In this example, consider the HaskinsWebsites page to be a page embedded on the Enterprise Class Association page. This is how it would look on the Enterprise website when there are two Enterprises on DinghtMart.

Plugin Installation Instructions
The DinghyMart Class Listings Plugin allows your Class Association website to display current boats for sale on DinghyMart automatically.
Your members list their boat once on DinghyMart and, if it is listed in your approved class, the advert can also appear automatically on your own website.
There is no classified system for you to maintain and no adverts need to be entered manually.
Installation
- Download the DinghyMart Class Listings plugin from this link
- In WordPress go to:
Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin
Upload the ZIP file, install it and click Activate.
- Go to:
Settings → DinghyMart Listings
- Complete the short activation form with:
- Class Association name
- Class/category number supplied by DinghyMart
- Your name
- Email address
- Telephone number
- Website address
Click Request Activation.
- DinghyMart will approve your website and send you a unique Activation Key.
Return to:
Settings → DinghyMart Listings
Paste in the key and click Activate.
You should then see:
Connected to DinghyMart
Add the boats to your website
Create or edit any normal WordPress page and insert the shortcode:
[dinghymart_listings cat="745"]
Replace 745 with the Class Number supplied to you by DinghyMart.
For example, Enterprise dinghies use:
[dinghymart_listings cat="745"]
Publish or update the page.
That’s it. Current DinghyMart adverts for your class will now appear automatically in a responsive grid.
Optional settings
You can also control the number of adverts displayed:
[dinghymart_listings cat="745" limit="12"]
Or specify the number of desktop columns:
[dinghymart_listings cat="745" columns="3"]
For most websites, however, the basic shortcode is all that is required.
Keeping listings updated
The plugin automatically checks DinghyMart for current adverts and caches the results on your website for performance.
There is no need to manually add, remove or update individual boats.
If you need to force an immediate update, go to:
Settings → DinghyMart Listings → Refresh Listings Now
Selling a boat
The listings section automatically includes a: List your Boat here button even if it’s empty
Members use this to create their advert on DinghyMart. Once approved and published in the appropriate class, it will automatically become available to your Association website as well.
Important
Your activation is authorised for your website and approved dinghy class.
Please do not copy the activation key to another website. If you need to use the plugin on another domain or for additional classes, simply contact DinghyMart and we can enable them for you.
